30 Day Returns!
We make returns easy - If you change your mind, you are able to return item(s), hassle free, within 30 days of receiving your order.

- If there is a problem with your order - please contact us and will look to recify any issues as soon as possible.
- If you have ordered an incorrect item(s) or have changed your mind please see the below conditions.
- You will be responsible for the return postage. We recommend insurance to cover the full value of the item being returned. Items that do not arrive will not be refunded.
- If you choose not to accept an item pre delivery, the return of the item will remain your responsibility.
- All items returned must be in original condition including both the product and the packaging to guarantee a refund against the item(s) purchase price.
- UK orders, Items returned as new, being exchanged will be swapped at no charge. Items returned for refund will be refunded with restocking/postal fee of 5% of the total value, or £3.60 for Items under 2kg, £7 for Items over 2kg - Whichever is the greater value. There will be no refund of any shipping fees paid
- For international orders, Items for exchange will be exchanged based on the fee for the delivery rates based on your delivery address. Items for refund will be changed the same as UK orders, but will exclude any shipping fees paid.
- Items returned with opened/damaged packaging, but the items within is new, will result in a minimum 20% restocking fee. - This may not be the case for exchanged items but will be considered on a case by case basis.
- If the item is returned damaged, there will be no refund value available
- Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt of the item(s)
- Items eligible for a refund, will be refunded excluding the cost of any postage/cost incurred and the refund value will exclude the above restocking fees.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are lost or damaged in transit. We would advise returned items are insured to the sales value.
Please retain your proof of return postage, in the event of loss, you will need to make a claim through your carrier.
Customs - if you have ordered an item from overseas, import tax will be applicable. If you choose not to pay the import tax, you will take on the responsibility of returning that item(s). We will not issue refunds on items not returned.

If an item arrives damaged or, due to our error we have supplied you with an incorrect part, please contact us so we can arrange a return/exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, it will be inspected, If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be only applied to your original method of payment, this may take a number of days to appear on your statement depending on your provider. We cannot guarantee a refund within any specific time frame, incoming deliveries are dealt with on a priority bases and will be opened as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for charges relating to delayed refunds
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
A notification is sent when a refund is authorised, if you have not seen this, please check your spam. If, following this notification you haven’t received a refund, please first check your account again giving 5-10 working days.
Then contact service provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted into your account, This is not a delay in our system.

Clearance/Graded items
Clearance and graded items are exempt from our refunds policy. These items are reduced for quick sale, and a full description of the item will be listed in the description. Therefore sadly, the listed defect is not a suitable reason for return.

For items returned under our 30 day returns policy, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If shipping is not paid in return, any costs will be deducted from any refund due.
